Registration and Operational Management
![]() |
Depending on how the client intends to use the Aircraft, an appropriate registration, operations management structure needs to be put in place. For private operations this can comprise of registration of the aircraft in a client’s name in his/her chosen jurisdiction, hiring appropriately trained and licensed flight crews, contracting maintenance and flight operations planning to third party providers and procurement of appropriate aircraft insurance policies. For commercial operations, or where the client chooses to operate the Aircraft on a commercial Air Operations Certificate, which is certainly required if the client intends to offer the aircraft for charter, hire or reward (but also has certain benefits for owner operations), then the client either needs to contract an Air Operator or Airline to take over the operation of the aircraft or create his/her own Air Operator. JETS Aviation will advise the client on the most appropriate structure for the intended utilisation and will manage the implementation of the preferred structure.
